Each game will last 1 hour. The first game begins at 4:15 PM and the second game begins at 5:15 PM.
Soft cap goes on at 5:05 for the first game and 6:05 for the second game. At this point, players will finish the point and then play to one point ahead of the winning team.
Games are played to 11 and half time is taken at 6 points. Half time should be no longer than 5 minutes.
Each team has one timeout per half.
Gender ratio is ideally 5-2, however, the team on offense can elect to make the line 6-1. There must be at least one female player on the field at all times for each team. If teams do not have any female players they must play down to 6 people, unless BOTH teams do not have female players, in which case teams may play 7 males each.
